How to seek our services?

Please give us a call and let us know what technical problem you are facing and fix an appointment for the on-site visit. Our engineer will visit you with required tools and resolve the issue for you.

How long does it take for the engineer to visit?

Availability of the engineer depends upon volume of calls we have received and already booked appointments. We strive to visit you the same day or maximum by next day to attend to your complaint.

How long does it usually take for the issue to be resolved?

Most issues that are software and application related are resolved on the first visit. For hardware-related issues that might require replacement of parts, we will first provide you with an estimate of the repair and once the quotation is approved, we will get the necessary parts and components and visit you again for the completion of the repair.

Will all the repairs be completed on-site?

Most of the repairs are completed on-site, even the repairs that need parts to be replaced. However, some issues that need component-level repairs requiring specialized tools and techniques will have to go to the service center to be processed further. Our experience helps us identify these repairs when you first initiate a call and we will guide you and keep you updated throughout the entire process.

What about warranty for the repairs?

Software or applications do not come with any warranty of any type from the manufacturer. Hardware repairs including parts and component replacement will carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer, which can be 30 days to 1 year. Your quotation and invoice will have warranty details for individual items and we will keep you informed.

What if I have to cancel the repair?

You will not be charged for the diagnosis and getting a quotation for the repair. You can cancel the repair anytime before you approve the quotation.
